Cutting Etheric Cords

When I came back I visited Crystal at her Sacred Space shop in Durango, Colorado.  She did a channeling for me where she passed on that ETs wanted to defrag my brain.  I casually said "Sure".  Shortly my personality went from  Pollyanna to Lara Croft and freaked everyone out.
