I've had this muffin in my freezer for about a month. Life has been busy what with the Holidays. Woke up this morning at 3am and figured this would be the perfect hour to try this. I had take a small slice a few days ago. Stuff like this easily panics me. Four hours later I'm starting to get a body "knowing" and it occurred to me it might be best to open that bottle of wine. I flash Body of Christ. The Blood of Christ.

Sipped orange juice and coffee. Put on Bach. Felt the need for wine.

My first revelation is that I've been living my life so as to navigate people and if I am to continue it would be best to live to live out what pleases me. I'm pretty uncomfortable at the disconnect.
